Beautiful flowers
I wish I could leave a zero star rating. My fiancee ordered flowers for our wedding more than two weeks in advance. Two days prior, my fiancee went to see them and they were completely wrong; not even close to what was ordered. The florist said she would do them over after looking at pictures again. The day before our wedding, we arrived to pick up all the flowers and they were absolutely hideous. I can not describe how bad they looked or how different they were from what was ordered. The business was adamant that they would not redo the flowers or do anything else for us. We were advised, by an employee, to go to a florist in another town and they would do the flowers while we waited. Same employee warned about how nasty Beverly would be to deal with since she ordered flowers twice. The employees, and apparently the owner, do not possess the professionalism, courtesy, or customer service skills necessary to operate a business. I have patronized Beverly's Florist for nearly 30 years, but NEVER again.
