While the Waitress Bianca was great, And the food was pretty good, The inside of the building looks and feels like it should be condemned. It's that far gone. Our feet stuck to the grungy carpet, the ceilings and vents hanging down in a few places. The table heights don't match and the cushions disgusting. Sticky, grimy chair backs and you have probably heard enough. This place could only improve by being gutted. The Franchise owner obviously doesn't care.
Very friendly,and they do a really great job..even when they are busy , they always greet you and check the status of your order.."Thank You" to all the staff. I really appreciate your great service!!! And great pizza!!
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! HORRIBLE MANAGER SKILLS ! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ! We have been here many times over the years and never had a issue like tonight.. We ordered $70+ in food to first get a call to be told they are no longer doing garlic knots tonight so we can't get those. Put the order in 40 mins earlier to get to the store for them to not even have the cheese sticks ready so we had to wait an additional 20 mins for them. Not to mention the cheese sticks could have cooked longer themselves and were not even cut, if they were they sure did not cut them all the way. We rushed out because we had people at home waiting for food and we already have wasted too much time. We went home and noticed that the pizza was barely cooked. We asked for pan pizzas and got a mix of something between a thin & pan and it was not all the way cooked. The dough was not even cooked all the way and never even had the chance to rise apparently in the oven. The pizza just rolls and bends. The one pizza we ordered was supposed to have extra mushrooms also and that was not even present on the pizza. Also we ordered 4 extra marinara sauce only got one of the extras we ordered as the cheese sticks were supposed to come with 3 with a double order. Called the store and spoke with a female manager who had the nastiest, rudest most ghetto attitude when it came to dealing with the issues. Then explains after we already had to wait extra time for the cheese sticks and drive almost 20 mins home, then would have to drive 20+ back only for the manager to be able to offer to remake the two pizzas but they can only do them in thin crust. Not what we wanted and was not willing to satisfy us with our order.
Love pizza hut. It's always great!
Employees were helpful and nice. Only thing didn't like was they do not have a salad bar anymore.
